New Products

Rocking W Cheese farmstead all natural cheese company is right down the
road in Olathe. Their artisan cheeses are made in Olathe with fresh
milk from Webb Dairy's naturally raised cows. A family run operation,
Webb Dairy has been in business for 46 years and in the last few years
added an extensive line of specialty cheeses to their product line. We
have been using Rocking W cheese in the Bistro with huge success and
decided to sell directly to our customers.

Montrose Coffee Traders, just down the road in Montrose is the
delicious coffee served in the Bistro and now you will be able to
purchase it by the pound. Whole bean Traders Blend regular and decaf
is available and we will be adding other blends soon. We are happy to
custom grind your coffee.

Magic Apple Goat Milk Soaps and Lotions are made in Hotchkiss Colorado
with milk from a herd of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats raised in the
beautiful North Fork Valley. Rich, decadent soaps, scented with all
natural ingredients as well as lotions and lip balms are available.

Plum Creek Winery is a new addition to our Colorado Wine Inventory.
Plum Creek is located in Palisade using grapes grown in Palisade as
well as the North Fork Valley. We currently stock the Merlot, Festival
White Table Wine, Palisade Red Table Wine, Chardonnay and Cabernet
Sauvignon. A fabulous new addition to our wine selection!

New Items For Spring

New items for Spring will be arriving in February! Flower and
vegetable seeds for this year have been ordered. Heirloom and
organically produced varieties will be shipped soon and on the shelf
for your browsing pleasure.
